I am trying to create a historical dataset regarding an employee's relocations. This data consists of past records showing the year an employee held a certain position in a specific country.
I encountered some confusion when calculating how long the employee stayed in a particular country, especially when the same country appears more than once under the same job position.
Please note that the calculation of how long an employee stays in a country resets whenever the employee assumes a new job level. Your assistance would be extremely helpful—thank you very much!
