Please find attached sheet, which hopefully reflects my problem. Where I want to input sickness data for employees, though several weeks could be linked as one sickness period. My dilemma is I need to report weekly data and also summary data (a sickness period as one line, which could be 3 weeks summarised to one line). Any pointers would be good, as have built my table and even managed to work our how to go back and calculate a rolling year - but stuck at this point.
