Moving Conditional Formats wholesale

I have no less than 60 Conditional Formats in a particular spreadsheet and need to duplicate the exact same 60 Conditional Formats into another, different, spreadsheet.

Does anyone know of a way to move Conditional Formats in a wholesale copy and paste method (or other painless method), from one spreadsheet to another, or am I doomed to replicate them one-by-one to the other spreadsheet?

This should be fairly simple. Just copy the range where your conditional Formatting Exist and paste it into new SpreadSheet as Paste Special and select Format, it should bring in all your Conditional Formatting in the new sheet, my assumption is all other factors remains same. Hope this helps
