Movenext, moveprevious and updated record in recordset

Dear Chandooers

I am stack while getting record position, then I cannot create syntax for movenext, move previous, and updated
Here I attach my file, I am creating some script for "Input Hauling" Sheet.
In this case I cannot find position while I Click Edit, Caption will replace to "Update", and I will looking for data using Spin Button to move next record or previous records.
I cannot find record which has 4 criteria, "Date, Site, Destination, And Progress"
Please help me to fix my problem. I am prefer to use Recordset to execute it.
