Move a sheet into another workbook

I have two workbooks: workbook A and workbook B, I need to move the sheet from Workbook A to workbook B. When I right click on the sheet in workbook A to move the sheet to Workbook B, I only get two options: workbook A and a new workbook. The dialog box doesn't show the workbook B.

What is the solution?

You need to have workbook A and workbook B open in the same instance of Excel. At the moment you have them open in two separate instances of Excel.
 
No, I'm saying that when you open the 2 workbooks, you have to open them both in the same Excel instance so that they can talk to each other. It's the same issue as you're seeing on your other thread where Debraj Roy is also describing the same solution:
