Monthly Tracking Dashboard for Engagement

Hi There,

Greetings!

I am looking for monthly dashboard to track the engagements/opportunities.

Problem Statement - Need a monthly dashboard with below requirements -

1. Current State wise data
2. DM wise data
3. Current State & Last Month State comparison (Not sure how to derive Last month state when i will be next month. e.g. If i start tracking from now onwards, Last month tracking will be enabled in Aug - so how can i have the July data in Last Month Column with minimum efforts)
   
4. Ageing wise data
5. Next action for an opportunity & the Action Owner wise

Can this all be possible in one-go view without any click or selection to the user?

Input - As i am not having access to upload the data file for security concerns, giving the snapshot of the data - pls help me,



I am trying to do this but not able to crack it. Could someone please help me here and get me through this?
