Modify Excel formula to 'hi-light' cell value.

I have a range of cells that covers months and regions.
Col A2:A13 define the months Jan thru Dec.
Row B2:E4 define the regions East, North, South, West.
I select the range and do a Insert --> Name --> Create….....
and the default Top Row & Left Column are selected.
If I want to lookup the sales for East in Dec, in any cell I use the formula:
=East(Spc)Dec and Excel displays the total sales value in Dec for the East region.
My question is -
How can I modify the formula to get Excel to 'hi-light THAT cell value.
Thank you very much.

Thanks, Somendra. I've done that.
I would like 'that' cell to get hi-lighted in the range.
Thanks, again.

@James Perry

I don't know why you are extracting value like that. If you want to highlight extracted value I would use of getting Row header and column header and than use INDEX and MATCH to get Value, Second the selected row and column header can be use to appy CF in the main table. With your method the duplicates will also get highlights.

Thanks, Som.......i just cracked it with CF......Highlight Cells Rules......Equal To.....and give a Formula (=$G$2)
Its interesting to see a single cell get hi-lighted (with the same colour) anywhere in the range
every time the data in the 'reference cell' (G2) is changed.
Cheers!
