MLM Binary Tree left & right partner.

Hi,
I want to create MLM binary tree fro left & right partner in excel,

every person will refer 2 person below his down-line at left and right side and down-line again refer 2 member there down-line etc.
and new people keep adding..


Sample data file is enclosed, looking for vba codes with solution.
