I tried above with my condition.. and its not possible to plot in a stacked bar chart.. I dont think, Its also applicable to you.. and I wish not to, but then I think, from other's point of view.. (who were gave me money) Try to add a Dummy Set as 0 for Secondary Option.. for Bar Chart.. and primary for Stacked Bar Chart.. like below.. Let us know the feedback..
