min, mode, max based on another table

Hello,

I'm looking to create a formula that calculates minimum, most common, and maximum values based on another table. The first table has dosages in columnc C. I need the Min, Mode, and Max of those in the second table. I'm also looking to associate the prescriptions in the first table (Column B) with the Min, Mode, and Max dosages.
