merging various datas and sorting out same data

Hi All,

Please help me come up with a formula for two various datas to be merged but needed to sort out those same datas. example, I have 100 names from my 2012 data and I have to merged these with my existing 2014 data but I need to sort out those that are already existing from 2012 and needs only to retain those that are no longer on my 2014 data.

hope somebody could help. thanks.

Pls explain the problem and you expected results with sample workbook, and upload it at the forum

thanks

Im givin you example with formula, but with your big data, it will slow your computer down like hell, maybe wise if you using VBA to do this.
