Merge Common data

Hello,

I have common data in multiple cells and i am looking any way out to merge all those cells and display that common value once. All other corresponding values in other cels should get diplayed in adjcent cells. I am doing it on large data manually. Attached file will give a clear picture about input data and the expected output

Well I don't have 2003 to test this kind of layout in PT. But surely if data is huge and you want a formula than that formula will slow down everything. Plus formulas can't merge cells.
