Could somebody offer me a formula which contain MAX in the column "New target"?

PN Order Completed New target
A 1000 500 500
A 1200 0 1200
A 1600 0 1600
B 2000 5000 0
B 2400 0 0
B 3200 0 600

C 1000 0 1000
C 1500 0 1000

I should have to find a formula in column "New target" which is consider the columns "PN"; "Order" and "Completed" and contain the MAX formula also.
In the above mentioned example already contain the result in column "New target", just the formula is missing. Do you have an idea?

I don't understand your requirement. Consider uploading a sample file (including manual examples of desired output if applicable), it'd be very useful for those who read this and might be able to help you. Thank you.

In your uploaded file there's no formula at any cell of column D, so:
a) If you don't know the formula, the problem turns into an infinite universe of possibilities ranging from zero -if not solvable- to infinite -if trivially solvable in a lot of ways. It's absolutely far beyond than what might be done with Excel, if it's finding out an equation to solve any possible values.
b) If you know the formula, why don't you apply it and copy down?
c) If there's any formula at column D that should be replicated thru all its cells, then we could talk.

Please be concise, clear and strict with your problem definitions. I don't like those of yours where you spend more than 10 posts to actually define the actual issue, passing by many redefinitions (I've read them, yes, and decided to don't participate as it was as waste of time that I wasn't able to afford), just because the sample file that you uploaded isn't useful at all and doesn't help people to help you. The previous file enters in this category.

There is only one problem, in cell "I8" the formula display 3200 instead of 600.
