Match with Card No and Card Products [SOLVED]

Dear Sir

I was trying to make an excel sheet of mine where I will just put the card no's and it will give me three outputs. One it will show what is the name of the product by cross-checking or matching with the first 6-8 digits of the card and will reflect the same name. Second, it will check how many entries of the same card product and finally it will check whether there is any duplicate numbers entered. Please do help me with the formulae's Thanking you

Formula in B2:
=VLOOKUP(VALUE(LEFT(A2,7)),$C$2:$D$3,2,FALSE)

Bolded range is where you have the table relating prefix to currency.
