Match value column wise and copy corresponding Row data

Sir, I want an excel workbook, in which in Sheet 1 Column name and corresponding some datas are given. In Sheet2, I will give a Column name and corresponding data should copy in Sheet2 (Note: Column name in Sheet1 as well as in Sheet2 are not specific, they can change their position in respective sheet)
