sreekhosh Member Sep 18, 2012 #2 Hi bhasoriya, I think you can do the conditional formatting with unique values. conditional formatting->Highlight Cells Rules->Duplicate Values after that select "Unique" From the Drop down instead of Duplicate. Thanks Sreekhosh

For your today's problem, Col-A Col-B 1586 1280 1587 1256 1588 1085 1589 1589 1590 1171 1591 1968 1592 1826 Select Column A 1. Conditional Formatting 2. Manage Rules 3. New Rule 4. Format only cells that contain 5. Set criteria from "Edit the rule description" Cell Value not equal to =B2 6. Format as you want 7. Ok/Apply Done!
