Match and Take Value Problem!

HI,
Attached please find the sample worksheet.

In Outlet was due sheet, column C shows every outlets UID.
In Memo Tracker'17 sheet, column D shows every outlets UID.

In Outlet was due sheet in cell E3, I need to see to all what is in Memo Tracker'17 sheet column Q (Total Memo Number) if the the UID matches.

Please help me with this.

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C3,'Memo Tracker''17'!D:Q,14,FALSE),"none")
and copy down
