Match a value from one list to another and extract a third value

Hi,

I posted the table in order to make clear.

Please, i need to match a zipcode in one column in another full column. Then i need to extract the risk index from a third column to matched zipcode.

In D2 type =IFNA(VLOOKUP(C2,$I$2:$J$1090,2,0),0.66) and copy down
