Master calendar showing events form different dates

I have used excel template to show all the events happening in each employee calendar colour coded, now i want to be able to show all the events for all employees either by appearing a different symbol or the actual name of event listed in a cell. i hope i have explaied it good enough please ask me if not clear. file attached. Many Thanks for your help :)

I'd recommend setting up another calendar for that. Since entire calendar set up is dependent on Employee and Year selection from Data validation.

This looks like same template as the one I helped before, to set up second calendar. Check the link on how to set up 2nd calendar and then apply different set of validation and conditional format on the second calendar.

Hi Chihiro, many thanks for your quick reply and time. I apologize that I have not explained my question properly. I am trying to set up a seperate caledar in a new sheet that shows all the events on column E (ILEPOs Tracker sheet) for a specific date.(for example on 10 January) 5 events going on for different employees and we want to see them in one cell.
