Making the Spreadsheet look like an application ?

Is it possible to make a spreadsheet look more like an standalone application ?

So loose all the file menus, toolbars, cell headings etc everything but the user form.

As if it weren't made with excel, preventing warnings, customizing right-click context menu...

While you can hide/disable/reconfigure/protect things to get *pretty* close to what you want, the question would be why? And if you're just using a user form, perhaps what you actually want to build is an add-in, something that I could click on button on the toolbar to activate your menu.
