Make sure there is a date in one cell if there is certain text in another cell

I am struggling to create a formula that will make sure there is a date in a cell is certain text is in another cell


F107 contains a Data valadaion list which has 3 options Blank or "Pro Rota until" or "Annually from install"


I107 should be blank if F107 is Blank or contains "Annually from install" then a message should show Clear date

if F107 contains "Pro Rota until" then I want a message to say Enter Date
