make a list of hidden sheets names in a userform

hi Dear professors;
i have a workbook that there are some sheets in there
these sheets are different conditions
some of them are visible
some of them are hidden and some are very hidden
i want a macro that when user click on a button to run this macro;
that user see a user form that contains a list of just hidden sheets in this workbook.(just hidden sheets not visible or very hidden) and that user can select a sheet name and with a command button can go to that sheet .
