The report essentially will take 2016’s maintenance revenue and explain the changes to get to 2017’s maintenance revenue using the categories below:
Price increase (net) – should include any price decreases

Existing customer – new seats
Lost customer
Existing customer – lost seats
Acquired maintenance – this would include the revenue recognition for any deferred revenue in the opening balance sheet at acquisition, which I assume you would have in 2017 given the May 2016 acquisition date.
