mail merging with dynamic pictures

Dear Professors
Is There any way that we can use dynamic pictures in mail merging?
For Example,
I have a workbook that Contains personal Data.
I want To mail merge pictures of persons .
there is not important for me that the pictures be in that workbook or in a folder in my pc .
please please ,
if you can help me , send a complete way for do this.
i am not a professional excel user...
