Macro to Send autoreply with Ticket No in outlook

Hi,

I am using the outlook i want a macro to send the auto reply as ticket number it is like a customer care. then using this i download the file in excel and solve the issues.

Where's the data that should trigger the auto reply, in Outlook or in Excel? If it's in Outlook you're dealing with data in mails generated from a form, in that case is there a database behind where they're stored, or simply with received and non pre-formatted mails? If it's in Excel, which it'd be preferrable, there are a lot of topics regarding this issue: just try the built-in search feature using the proper keywords (email, outlook, etc.).
