Where's the data that should trigger the auto reply, in Outlook or in Excel? If it's in Outlook you're dealing with data in mails generated from a form, in that case is there a database behind where they're stored, or simply with received and non pre-formatted mails? If it's in Excel, which it'd be preferrable, there are a lot of topics regarding this issue: just try the built-in search feature using the proper keywords (email, outlook, etc.).
