Macro to send automated email using excel from outlook

I am trying to send a range of cell from excel sheet Hourly & Campaign in a automated email and it should email addressess from cell af22 (nine email addresses) and cc from cell an22 subject from cell c1 and range from b1 to p105

Any help will be appreciated.
