Macro to pull from two worksheets and add

Hi,

Hope everyone is well. Every week I have to work out a vacancy rate of different departments and I was hoping a macro/vba can help cut out a lot of time. Attaching a sample below.

Basically I would like the macro to tally the headcount in the headcount tab only full time and part time and then tally the positions remaining in the vacancy data spreadsheet and then calculate.
