Macro to open all files in a folder

Hi ..


I need a macro to browse and select a folder and open all files and in each excel file it should add new sheet to it and close and save in the same folder.

You can probably use the code here as a starting point:

The only difference is that instead of changing cells, you're just adding a sheet. Or, perhaps what you really wanted was option #4 in Ron's list, Copy a worksheet to all books in a folder.

Be careful when you run it on large folders, Excel or Windows itself may hang or crash.

I want to look out the vba code for same. I tried to open from the link given above but think so the website get revamped. and also when tried to search it out then not able to find the exact wat i was looking for.

Can you please share the updated link for same or on some other sites but for same approach.

That's a link to the old site structure, and it isn't available after it reorganization, so you'll have to dive into the new site and try to find something alike since the author hasn't left any pointers to redirect from older to newer links (kinda stuff as with this site too, BTW).
