Macro to copy/paste filtered columns to different workbook

Hi,

I tried searching the forum but can't quite find the right help.

I have multiple files(workbooks)with multiple tabs that i need to filter 2 columns (CR_id and Accepted?) for data.

Then copy paste the data from those 2 filtered columns to a new master workbook/file.

Sometimes the columns are not in same order;

Sometimes columns are hidden;

Sometimes headers are not even on the top row.

I don't mind a macro that pauses for me to select the correct file/workbook or even select the multiple tabs.

Just need a macro to search for the CR_id column and copy only cells with data and paste to master file. Then copy corresponding data from Accepted? column and paste to same master file.

Thank you so much in advance.
