Macro to compare two lists of Database in separate tabs

Hi All,

Please help me in this regard.

i have to compare 2 database lists which are pasted in 2 worksheets separately (say Production, stage) and i have to compare the results in 3 sheet with validation.

Kindly note, Range may vary, new lists are updated with new columns and rows.

Please find the attached sheet for your reference.

Hi, sesgiri!
Check the uploaded file. Copy down cells as required. Just formulas for both lists and conditional formatting for comparison results, no VBA code.

SirJB7, thanks a lot for your reply and which is a useful only when we have few rows to compare. But week by week my list is
Updating. I preferably want a macro to do it. Kindly suggest! If possible write a simple VBA code please, that would be very helpful.
