Macro stopped working when not in dock

Good morning, I have a excel sheet with a button to open a form for data entry. My laptop is connected to my screens by a dock. When I remove the laptop from the dock and try to click on the button the form won't open. Then, sometimes the more I click on it the smaller it gets. I started to realize there was a problem when my co-worker tried to activate the button on his computer and the same thing happened. Any help with this would be appreciated.
Using Excel 2016,

Thanks

I think I solved the issue. I had to switch the Display settings for that workbook from "Optimize for appearance" to "Optimize for compatibility". Suddenly it works. I guess it had to do with screen resolution. I have multiple monitor screens at my desktop and they are low-DPI vs my laptop screen which is High-DPI. I guess switching back and forth causes some issues. Who Knew?? Lol.
