Macro needs fixing - copy from one tab and paste to another tab

Hi,
I need help fixing this macro. Was trying to attached the spreadsheet, when clicking upload a file, it only gives you options to upload Word docs, not in Excel. Can you tell me what option to select? so I can explain, buy sending the spreadsheet? That way you can see what i want to do?

Look for a down pointing triangle, click and select Excel, if that is not an option copy/paste the code into your thread.

ok thanks! I was able to attached the file. What i want to do is paste the info on the tab in green, to the first tab, called report. But for some reason, my macro is having problems. Can you help?
