Macro for sending info as attachment using excel

Hello friends


I am doing an intercompany reconciliation report for which I need some assistance in creating a macro.


I have info like


Reporting Company Receiving Company Variance Proposed Adjustments / Remarks

Name Account Description Curr Balance Curr Balance Account Balance B/S Rate USD


So when I click a macro button the excel it should sent out mail as attachment but only the information to the persons with the name assigned to them.

Please let me know can send the sample file.

Jagadeesh,


You can create another sheet called "Email" and then use this to send out emails accordingly.


If you have a file already setup and just need the VBA code for doing this; please mail the file to me at sharma.vijay1-at-gmail.com


And i will put in the VBA code for this.


Also advise on the location where you want to save the files
