Macro for filtering data & creating graph

Hi Guys,

I am maintaining Project tracker where i have data and i do manual filtering to calculate count which takes time and i have to make graph manually out of it which is very time consuming.

Is there a macro which can filter data and provide graph out of it.

Also, i have to copy certain columns from the masterdatabase in another sheet. So is there any macro which can copy those columns which i require from masterdabase in another sheet (snapshot sheet) so whenever i click on macro it will update the snapshot sheet by pasting those data from masterdatabse.


In ageing column (masterdabase sheet), i am calculating TAT of particular project i.e how many days it took.
I have put IF formula to calculate ageing, and draged the formula to below cells, when i did that i am getting 42554 for few cells as there is nothing to calculate. Thus it shows 42554. Is there a way out to hide this number.

i have put buttons in the excel for which i need filteration and require graph out of it.
also i have highlighted the columns which i need in another sheet i.e. snapshot sheet.

Please refer requirement sheet.
Macro should run in Actual Outcome sheet.
Snasphot sheet- Data will be pasted from Masterdatabase sheet as per columns given in snapshot sheet.

From what I have understood. I guess you are looking for a pivot table not macro. Use pivot tables with slicers to achieve what you are looking for.
