Macro availability to everyone in team

I have a few macros that I would like the team to have. Is there a way to distribute an excel macro out to everyone so that anytime they open excel the macro is available to them? Is there a way to include the macro into the ribbon or one of the ribbons so if they need a specific macro they can just click on the button and it will launch the desired macro?
Or likewise store all macros in one location and have a button within everyones excel that points them to desired macros?
Curious how to get a macro out to everyone that will need it.
