Im basically trying to create a work distribution list, but havent found a solution on my own or with help from other forums, hope you can help.
See attached document, on AR DistributionF sheet i made a table to figure out how many accounts will be assigned per month, usually have between 5 to 10 agents and supervisor decides how many accounts to assign per day to each person on the team, if someone asked for vacation no accounts will be assigned on that date, i worked this out by making a calendar table to figure out total accounts in the month and used vlooup to get a number which corresponds to the date on the calendar table, if an agent asks for date off i just delete the value where agent number and date intersect.
