Dear Sir,

Reference to attached sheet I wanted to analyse my data like below mentioned.

Shee1 is my working sheet and sheet 2 is my final sheet

I wanted to know whether my Invoices numbers are same as per sheet 1 in front of reference numbers in sheet 2.

Eg : MYIN-001 should have Invoices like Inv no 1 to Inv no 5.

I tried v lookup but I looked up only 1st value

Would a Pivot Table work for what you want? They're really handy for the type of output you seem to be wanting.

Hi,

You can use a combination of INDEX, SMALL and IF to do that... it will return all matching results for a specific criteria (in this case the "Reference Number").
