Lookup Problem - Finding Text String from multiple columns

Experts, I am looking for 4 unique text fields but these are spread in 10 columns (different rows always, no overlap in rows in these 10 columns).

I have my 4 unique fields as column headers & I am trying to find if these values exist in any of the incoming 10 columns. Please refer to the problem statement in attached excel.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Elaborating further on the Problem Statement

I have say value A which is present in 5 different columns (at different levels i.e. A won't be present in same row in these five columns). I am trying to find values spread in these columns & simply mention the value A
