Lookup formula Required

Hello Everybody(Experts)

Can anybody help me with excel formula..

Example
This is how i receive data from my clients...and i do not have rights to change the format.
INDIA USA
Name1 10 20
Name2 20 30

Required

Here is my requirment just reverse of the table...and wanted the number to be populated from the above table...May be a vlookup.
This format what i require and cannot be changed.

Name1 Name2
INDIA
USA


Please help..

Thanks for your quick reply....Actually I wanted to populate numbers from table 1 to table 2 with excel formula....If you see the tables, they are reverse... Ex: In table 2, formula need to check for India and name1 to get the number from table1....Thanks for your help.

See if this is what you want. Cells highlighted in yellow contains formula. Change as per your need.
