lookup for value with same name

my data base includes similar field with diffrent values ofr eg:

lunch 15:00

sign in 15:156

tea 15:30

sign off

lunch 15:45

i want to lookup both the values aginst lunch...help me

It does not use vlookup.


The second third fourth etc value are classified in a table


another approach would be to use a pivot table
