Lookup a non-specific value from multiple columns

Hello,
I'm a first-time forum user and basic Excel 2013 user but now have a challenging problem.
I download customer survey data from our surveys 'supplier'. The supplier recently changed how the data was presented. A simple Vlookup worked previously but not now.

Please see attached file. I need to look up data from the ResultCalc worksheet and enter it into the Response column in Job 1 worksheet based on the RespondentID (Survey ID) number. (Please ignore the #REF! and 0/01/1900 data elsewhere - I know how to fix these.) The response data for each question in the Job 1 worksheet comes from multiple columns in the ResultCalc worksheet. For example, the Good response for Design Fit for Purpose comes from columns AE to AH, and the specific column within AE to AH can change each month depending on the response.

The Response column has Vlookup formulae now but I've changed the column index number manually to make it work - I don't want to have to do this each month. What is the correct formula to use to look up the multiple columns and return the response for that month?

Thanks very much for your help and I look forward to your suggestions.
