Looking to not show 0 values in PivotChart

Hello,

I have a few PivotCharts and often I have values that are "0" (see here: http://twitpic.com/3g7clq ).

Usually I just delete the "0" values manually from the chart, but is there a trick to not showing the "0" values at all?

Note that in the picture, I'm only concerned about Alpha and Delta.

Thanks!

Kelly

Select the data labels, format, custom number format of:

#;#;;

Which means to show a number for positve or negative values, but not for 0.

Hello,

Thank you; that's great information!

So, it seemed to work: my $0s became nothing. Great.

In addition to the number, I'm also choosing Label Options -> "Category Name" (i.e., "Delta" shows up on one slice, "Gamma" shows up on another slice, etc.

Any method of *not* showing "Gamma" and "Epsilon" in the attached at all?

It might not be possible, but I thought I'd ask.

Thanks again!

Kelly

Single-click twice on Gamma and Epsilon, and press delete.

Or, select only the Delta series, add labels; then select only Gamma, add labels.
