Look up values based on two criteria from master to report

Please assist to set index /match formula from master tab to report tab based on criteria of Group Code & Brand .

hello... You can to Use Multiple Formula for Example

=LOOKUP(2,1/(Reabte_Master!$D$5:$D$90=$C3)/(Reabte_Master!$F$5:$F$90=$E3),(Reabte_Master!$H$5:$H$90))

and the Rest in the File
