Look up Problem

Hi,

I need help on the file on this link:

Basically, the user would filter the combo boxes, and the processes will be listed down the table beside it. I tried doing it and I thought I was successful until I checked the results. Volume's data is not populating. I then dissected the formula I used (this was modified according to what I googled) and figured the problem is with the SMALL function. I can't seem to correct the formula and get the correct results.

Yeah, I incorrectly hit the wrong button. Was supposed to hit Upload instead of create thread. And I was trying to attach my file but it was too large. I'm trying to upload it on the cloud and share the file instead.
