Lock Pivot Filter for pivot tables

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a way to lock/freeze the pivot filters so that whenever I generate a report I always get the same filters.
Currently I am running reports with updated data every month and for some unknown reason my filters reset to the first item in the filter dropdown.

I would appreciate the help. I did some google but was not able to find any valuable information
