Lock Only Some Row or Column

Dear Sir,

As per attached format ,How I can lock Some Row or column so that nobody can change the necessary data like as per format.

as per file :-
Open Column is B,C,D,E,F,H,I,
Other then all row and column are Locked

You need to select the entire sheet first, right click - format cells - protection - and un-tick the locked option, then click ok
Then select the row/column you want and repeat steps and tick the locked option
Then go to Review tab - Protect sheet
