List View control missing in Additional controls in toolbox in Excel VBA

Hai friends, I am venugopal

My problem is the missing of List View Control 6 in the additional controls in tool box. I have added Microsoft Active X Data Objects Library 6.00 to the VBA but still it is not available. It is learnt that some controls are chargeable and I have to get licenses for using these controls. Can you please guide me how to get these controls ? I have searched Microsoft Websites such as MSDN and other forums for this. But nowhere I can see the link for getting these controls. My system is dell studio laptop and Windows 8.1 and MS Office 2013 (both are licensed only ) but 64 bit or 32 bit I dont have any idea. Is there any other way to get these types of additional controls. I don't mind even if it is a paid service or I have to make payment for this.
