list use as a table in excel

Hi,

I have a list of data below where I named it as a --cable -- in the Name Manager The table --cable -- will be frequently used in my entire workbook. So what I want to do that type this table name in any cell and drag it to down so that all values of this table is listed as well.
For Instance, If I type in Cell B2 is =cable , then excel will return first value of the table like here "Armstrong" and in the next cell B3 it would be "Buford Media Group" and so on.
below is the list of data of "cable" table

Armstrong
Blue Ridge Communications
Bright House Networks
Buckeye Cablesystem
Cable One
Cablevision

Could anyone please help me how to do that. Thanks for your help.

thanks for your reply. Actually this is only working if I start from Cell D2 . If I start from any other cell then It is not working. For instance if I input -Cable- in cell F4 then it comes up with second item --Blue Ridge Communications-- not the first name --Armstrong--.
I like to have it working in any cell on the excel spreadsheet.

However again thanks for your time.
