create l list name is item contain a2:a5000 look like below

bat

hocky

ball

bat

carrom

vollyball

football

hocky

carrrom......


and B1 cell cotain validatiion list item

now my problem is B1 cell show double item like bat 2 time carrom 2 time

Hi,


Remove the duplicates from column A, try Data>Remove Duplicates, then create your DV list from that.

Hi Kalpesh,


Do one thing get a help of helper column if don't want to remove duplicates.


Do advanced filter and copy paste that in your helper column after that you can creat drop down list.
