Linking Excel Charts to Word and Powerpoint

Shay A

Member
Hello,
Is this this feature available in Office 2007? If so, what's the method to do it?
And also, how can I unlink the charts?

Thanks!
Shay

After you copy your Excel chart, go into Powerpoint/Word and on the Home tab, click the arrow under Paste, then click Paste Special, then click the Paste Link radio button, and finally Microsoft Excel Chart Object.

To break the link, right click on your chart in Powerpoint/Word, go to Linked Worksheet Object, then click Links..., and finally select your chart and click the Break Link button.
